Postgraduate in Geography

  I have many reasons to study a postgradute, the first is I like geography, I feel that never finish of learn. Also, the paradigms are very variety, and the ways to approach the problems with different views. I have always been interested in Oceans because not is very studied, and exist so much questions that It is not examined, however so must important for ecosistem. Ideally I would like to study about the oceans and beachs, because the ocean sistem is the most afect for the climatic crisis. Also the experience in Brazil, maybe I could learn how does coastal managment work? in a contruie with the most cities in the sea side. Chile has a long coast, and inversions in the turistic, and people that live in coastal zones. Therefore, is absolutly needed the study of oceans and interaction with human. If I study a postgradute of geography, this would be in the Brazil at the university of Rio de Janeiro Federal. The first reason is that he contemporary teorist of the new geograph...

my next job

    I´m   thinking of work as geographer in the south of Chile, I would like study of interaction sea - land in the coast. Because, the coast is being affected, for climatic crisis. The changes in sea levels, then the swells impact whit most force   I´m student of geography, I would like a office work, but with posibility you go to the field trips. The importance of fild trips is the see territory. Because, not allways you could see the diferences in the satellite imagery, then the best is mix the both, office and fild trips I would like travel of job, because I have in mind live in many places. I´m planning after of the my frist jobs in the Santiago (I´m live in) I hope save money for travel to south and to decide where live I would like in a government office if I can do good politics publics in the variety team, I wouldn´t like alone in the systematic job in the office. The Animals and Pets

  I consider myself a person like dogs, allmost all time I lived with dogs, but I have others pets. When I was a child, my grandmother give a small chick, but not lived much time with me, because my mom didn´t so happy with it. Always we discus with my friends, I think the turtle the best pet, but not so much funny I have a pet, it name is Harry, it is a dog, I think is responsability, I belive they have rigths, However I don´t consider myself incondicional "doglover". I fell realy bad about the use of animals for medical research, however, it had progress in biomedical research, I think the animals also have feelings. The animals isn´t second category subjets. The progress shouln´t at any cost, for example: Joshep Mengele, angel of death, he was nazi in the WW2, he did experienced with twins. Banned or muzzled? The Childhoods memorys, makes me fell nostalgic

When I listen the song of Axé Bahia I have memories of   afternoons of summer of my childhood days. The most funny when we was join with my friends, and we did played “Super Mario” on old video game, and also we liked played with barbies. My most favorite childhood memory was when birth my brother at the moment I was 5 years old, so I was belive that he could play with me inmediatly. When I saw he, I understood I sould wait. I did saw much series of TV, my favorites was "31 minutos" It was program of puppets TV news,   "Rocket Power" It was animation about kids play a basketball, skatebording and surfing.   I learned to swim when I was 6 years old because, my mam was afraid of I could drowning in the swimming pool or sea. So my favorite activity in the summertime was swim, after this I liked ate chips, It was not much healthy.   The childhood memorys, makes me fell nostalgic of past moment, because I miss the persons and feelings, but this of part of my life...

The Best Holydays

  The holydays is a something full necesary, for you can continue working after. My best holydays was in 2020, I went to “Parque Nacional Las 7 Tasas” in Molina, VII Region of Chile. I stayed   for one week, but we went for explore and go to trakking in the park. I went with my best Friends, the vegan girls and they are so funny. The first few days, we went to swimming i n the river, and walk in the afternoon. In the night we told terror stories, played card games, finaly we sang “cebolla” music. One day we said: “ We can climb the Hill at El Bolsón”, We took our things and in the morning at 8 o´clock We was in gate of park. At the kilometer 2, we was so tired, we sat in the way, but we pay for the camping, We should continue. Finally, we did it. In the night on Hill, we was sleep in one tend, because the temperature is so cold. Then in the morning, at 7:00, started rain. Jamaica: Musical Island

  I listened the “Redemption song” by Bob Marley. I think that the freedom is mental and spacial process. I would like travel to Jamaica, because I like Caribbean history but, also there you would do many things. Jamaica is a island of Caribbean, where you can go to the beach or rivers and waterfalls. If I went to Jamaica I would like to go to the beach “Runaway Bay” in this place you could dive and see colorful fish. Always I´ve been one person of the city but I dream someday live in the Jamaica, I would like work there, I could investigate tradition music: Reggae, I would like talk with local people to know how they feel music, and if I went to Reggae Festival, that would be great. I wouldn´t like travel allone, I think that is more fun if I went with my Friends However after the time, I could get bored of calm, I don´t  know.   Valentina Valenzuela
